We recommend that our partner university teams stay at DanHostel Copenhagen City (https://danhostelcopenhagencity.dk/en/) . We have used this hostel regularly and have good experiences with them. Transportation is relatively easy. You will be greeted by your DTU Community Manager at DanHostel Copenhagen City on 24th and 25th of June where you will be instructed how to best get around town, and to and from DTU. Travel expenses are not covered by DTU
During the social part of the programme (24-25 June) there will be one meal provided. That will be the dinner together on 25th June. On 25th of June, there will be a light dinner (take out food) provided for participants. All other meals are not provided by DTU.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to print a poster at DTU. There is a plotter (the large, gloss-print printers) however, we experience that due to high demand, the printer is often occupied up to Green Challenge, including the day of. Please bring a pre-printed poster from your home-country if you intend on using one.
